Our videos require an appropriate H264 codec or compatible player. There are 2 solutions for resolving codec/player issues, selecting either option will resolve video viewing issues.

To resolve your codec issue you need to install the required codec on your computer OR use a different player. The choice is totally up to you, both are equally safe and have no negative side effects.

To install CODEC only, and use your favorite player:
Click the link below and LOGIN with your NUBILE-ART.COM user name and password.

Select SAVE FILE and save the codec pack to your desktop. After the download completes you should see a file called 'klcodec345s' on your desktop (or download folder). Double click on this file to start the codec installer and follow the instructions. Clicking 'Next' and 'Finish' as required to complete the installation of the required codec files.

To install a player that will play the movies in the best quality without effecting your windows configuration you can

Select SAVE FILE and save the player archive to your desktop. After the download completes you should see a file called 'VLC_Portable_0.8.6c.paf' on your desktop (or download folder). Double click on this file to extract the player to the location of your choice. After extracting the player you can execute it by double clicking the file 'VLCPortable.exe' located in the folder where you extracted to in the previous step.

Once the player application is running, you can simply DRAG and drop your movie onto the VLC Media Player window to view the movie.

If you have problems loging in please remember that user names and passwords are CaSe sensitive. Type your user name and password exactly as you received it.

If you log on to Nubile-Art.com from multiple computer systems or IP addresses in a short period of time your account may be disabled. Do not share your username with other users. Access from multiple IP's within an unreasonable amount of time may be considered abuse, and your account may be blocked.

If you attempt to log onto the system an excessive number of times and do not type your password correctly, your account may be temporarily locked. This is designed to help prevent your account from being hacked. Please wait at least 20 minutes and attempt to log on to your account again.
